Hosting a Tour Stop!

Any room owners interested in hosting a tour stop in 2009 please contact me from the contact page. Table requirments are 9 foot tables and either score counters built into the tables or hung score beads. Also each room will designate their own tournament director, this person simply needs to be able to run a double elimination chart.
The tour is offering room owners income for only 1 days use of your venue. Players are charged greens fees of $20 per player of which the room keeps $15 and the remaining $5 from each player is sent in to the tour president by the room after the tournament, this $5 player fee sent in to the tour is what we will use to advertise the tour and is not profit to the tour.
We only ask for the use of up to 16 tables maximum (32 field) for one Saturday, but actually the use of your tables will be whittled down through elimination rounds to only using 6 tables by 3:30 in the afternoon and less tables as the tournament goes on, opening your tables fairly early on in the day. Rooms with less than 16 tables will limit the field accordingly to ensure the tournament is concluded in 1 day (8 tables = 16 player field etc..). You will have to provide a person designated as tournament director to sufficiently run your tour stop. In return you will also be providing players with a great service and receive all the exposure and chatter that goes along with hosting one of our tour stops with our frequent press releases. You will also have an opportunity to make additional profits from anything you can provide to the players and spectators including but not limited to food, drinks, table time, cue repairs etc..etc..

The following dates have been selected for rooms to choose from. These dates have been selected as open dates for the straight pool tour so they don't overlap with the Joss Tour or the Predator Tour.
Choose up to 2 dates to host up to 2 stops at your room and contact me to secure those dates. Tour stops will be run on a saturday with the exception of the tour finale which will be a 2 day event with expanded field.
