My name is Kevin Vidal, owner and originator of the popular nationwide handicapped 14.1 league system 14and1.com. After much thought I came to the conclusion that 14.1 needs an organized OPEN tour for all straight pool enthusiasts to challenge their skills in competition.  There are enough 9ball tours around to feed that fever, but how about straight pool? Why not? We need a tour too! With all the contacts I have made through 14and1.com I came to the conclusion that I could organize and direct an OPEN tour giving 14.1 a much needed boost at the OPEN level. I have attempted to make the tour affordable but yet competitive. So now my second baby is born! The Northeast Straight Pool Tour!
